Hiring For Network Engineer With SDWAN - Part-Time

Network Infrastructure Design and Implementation:

Design, implement, and maintain network architectures that meet business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).

Configure and install various network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and quality of service (QoS) components.

Network Maintenance and Upgrades:

Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including applying service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.

Monitor system resource utilization, trends, and capacity planning.

Ensure system availability and reliability by monitoring performance and addressing any issues promptly.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide Level-2/3 support to resolve network-related issues.

Collaborate with other IT personnel to troubleshoot and resolve network problems.

Work within established configuration and change management policies.

Security and Compliance:

Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in coordination with the company’s security team.

Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Vendor Liaison:

Interact with vendors for problem resolution and to stay informed about network technologies and updates.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven hands-on network engineering experience.

CCNP certification or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).

Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and SDWAN.

Solid grasp of the OSI or TCP/IP model.

Experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools
