ICT Infrastructure Engineer - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Engineer for our client to support the design, implementation, and management of enterprise infrastructure platforms. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure solutions while ensuring smooth operations of critical platform applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support infrastructure for enterprise platform applications.
• Translate business requirements into infrastructure solutions.
• Manage infrastructure projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Support and maintain infrastructure architecture for new and existing applications.
• Act as the main infrastructure point of contact for platform operations.
• Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in architecture reviews and support infrastructure hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure infrastructure complies with enterprise architecture, security standards, and IT policies.
• Maintain the stability, availability, and performance of platform operations environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in ICT infrastructure engineering and enterprise platform support.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure design, implementation, and operations.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects and supporting production environments.
• Familiar with infrastructure security, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise platform management tools (e.g. API Management, ServiceNow, or similar) is an advantage.
