Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Part-Time

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or Cybersecurity, supporting enterprise IAM operations.• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance, user lifecycle management, access governance, and identity administration within enterprise environments.• Experience working in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.• Professional certifications such as Microsoft SC-300, SailPoint, or CyberArk certifications will be an added advantage.Technical Skills Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)lifecycle management, user provisioning and de-provisioning, access governance, entitlement management, role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), User Access Reviews (UAR), and accessre certification. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityI Q, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM). Good knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO),Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance concepts. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, SQL (Basic), and Agile methodologies, with the ability to support enterprise IAM operations, troubleshoot identity-related issues, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
