Infra Analyst Identity & Access Management (IAM)/Sailpoint - Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infra Support Analyst (IAM) to support and maintain enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM technologies, Active Directory, Oracle IAM, SailPoint, and enterprise infrastructure support, with experience working in complex, mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support, administration, and maintenance of IAM infrastructure and security platforms.
• Manage user identities, access provisioning, privileged access, and identity governance solutions.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD, Oracle IAM, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and enterprise authentication technologies.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement infrastructure enhancements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps, Git, and security testing tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver infrastructure projects and operational improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, or Identity & Access Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Active Directory & Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
• Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Red Hat Linux
• Windows Server and IBM z/OS environments
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Git, Azure DevOps, build pipelines, SAST, DAST, software composition analysis, and release management.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash/Shell scripting, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SAML, ADFS, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), SharePoint, and enterprise authentication technologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, project management, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Mainframe integration experience.
• Web services development.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM and security environments.
