Infra Support Analyst - Security - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Consultant to manage and strengthen enterprise security components across infrastructure, identity, and access management domains. The role focuses on ensuring secure, compliant, and well-governed IT environments through effective management of security tools, IAM platforms, and operational security processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as IT Security Consultant for managing enterprise security components and controls across IT infrastructure.
• Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure user lifecycle management(provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and access reviews).
• Manage and support security governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
• Monitor security environment, identify risks, and coordinate remediation actions with relevant teams.
• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of security tools and IAM platforms.
• Drive security enhancements, system upgrades, and process improvements across IT security domains.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to enforce access controls and security standards.
• Participate in security incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
• Support audit activities, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for security tool support and service delivery.
• Maintain documentation for security processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to security projects, including IAM integrations, automation, and access governance initiatives.
  
  Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Security, IAM operations, or infrastructure security support.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, identity governance, and access control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

  SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)

  Azure DevOps

• Experience in managing security components such as IAM, access governance, and authentication systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project coordination and security initiative delivery.
• Vendor and third-party service management experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple security priorities.
