Infrastructure Engineer, Senior (IT) - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Infrastructure Engineer (IT) to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure services that support the Company's projects and business operations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure services to support the Company's projects and operational requirements.
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Plan, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions for project rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Administer Windows and/or Linux server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and security, and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design infrastructure solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, network, and system issues, providing timely root cause analysis and resolution.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical diagrams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with proven experience supporting enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of server technologies, storage systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, and operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity management preferred.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
