Infrastructure Project Manager - Part-Time

We’re hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing a portfolio of small-to-medium Microsoft workplace and cloud projects. This role will manage multiple initiatives concurrently, such as Azure landing zone implementations and workplace technology rollouts, while ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and architects
• Plan and manage a portfolio of parallel projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
• Coordinate across technical teams (cloud, endpoint, identity, collaboration) and external partners
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, maintaining RAID logs and contingency plans
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates across projects
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and internal technology standards
• Lead project closure, including handover to operations and capturing lessons learned

Requirements

• 4–7 years PM experience managing multiple small projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft workplace and Azure
• Experience with infra delivery (WiFi, AV, Teams Rooms, cloud rollouts)
• Good stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
• Solid risk, change, and problem-solving skills
