Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to maintain and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure in cloud environments, ensuring system availability, security, and operational excellence for critical business systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support by monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure, servers, databases, and cloud platforms to ensure system reliability
• Implement system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and automate infrastructure processes to improve operational efficiency
• Manage incident resolution and service recovery, coordinating escalation processes for production issues to minimize downtime
• Administer and maintain AWS cloud services and manage Linux/Red Hat and Windows Server environments to support business needs
• Conduct security reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with security best practices to protect enterprise assets
• Analyze infrastructure and database capacity, forecast future requirements, and recommend improvements to support scalability
• Support infrastructure projects, evaluate new technologies, and assist in system implementations to drive innovation

Technical Skills

• Cloud & Platforms: AWS (EC2, Fargate, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, EKS, EMR, Glue, QuickSight, IAM, Step Functions), Kubernetes.
• Networking: AWS VPC, Route 53, ELB, Security Groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall, WAF.
• Operating Systems: Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB.
• Automation & Scripting: Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Bash/Shell, Python, PowerShell, AWS CLI.
• Middleware & Tools: JAMS Scheduler, Keycloak/Red Hat SSO, SFTP/OpenSSH, Postman, SOAPUI, JMeter

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• AWS certifications and proven experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure environments

Other Information

• Employment type: Contract - 24 months (renewable)
• Location: Central Region, Singapore
• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $6000 - 7800 per month (no bonus)
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite/Hybrid
