IT Analyst - Part-Time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Hands on Experience in API validation (request/response structures, headers, payloads, HTTP methods, status codes, error handling in Automation testing
• Designing and implementing efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Responsible for assigning, collaborating, and coordinating work with team to ensure the smooth working for timely delivery
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business goals and acceptance criteria.Supporting end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that the product is fit for purpose
• Responsible for driving the entire User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase—from aligning with stakeholders on test scenarios to orchestrating test execution, defect management, and securing final production sign-off.
• Responsible for planning and tracking testing activities.
• Responsible for supporting all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and IDT, and actively participate in Defect Triage calls to drive resolution of issues
• Coordinating with developers, business users, test and project managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage, timely defect turnaround, and adherence to project timelines
• Maintaining clear documentation, track test progress, and provide regular updates on testing status and quality metrics.
• Responsible for End to end functional testing, Regression testing and Non-functional testing.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong testing expertise in APIs and backend services, including RESTful API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, REST Assured, or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test case management using JIRA, including defect logging, prioritization, workflow tracking, and reporting
• Strong experience in supporting critical application workloads on AWS Cloud
• Must have experience in Credit Card and payment domain.
