IT & AV Support (Contract/ Roaming) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Perform daily checks (with basic and comprehensive checklist) for AV equipment such as checking if Project is working, wireless microphone has sufficient battery, etc.
• Prepare and standby for event
• Liaise with external vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
• Support IT projects, office relocations, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in IT related courses
• Minimum 1 year experience in the AV and structured cabling support for end user facilities
• Driven to learn supporting Audio and Visual Devices and IT Related devices

Contract Duration – 12 Months

Working Location – Punggol (Candidate must be comfortable with supporting multiple buildings)

Working Hours – Mondays to Fridays + Ad hoc on Saturdays
