Join an integrated delivery team bridging the gap between technical execution and business operations. In this versatile role, you will balance functional analysis with technical hands-on troubleshooting, managing system enhancements, change requests, and post-implementation support for core enterprise applications.

• Functional Requirements & Analysis: Partner with client project leads and users to understand business needs, translating them into structured technical requirements and scalable enhancement designs.

• Technical Support & Development: Assist with enterprise Java application development, performance tuning, and post-implementation troubleshooting to optimize system stability.

• Database & Reporting Optimization: Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for comprehensive reporting, data mining, and detailed data analysis.

• Problem Resolution: Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues across Java/COBOL application ecosystems and relational databases, proposing long-term structural fixes and process automation.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute end-to-end testing cycles and data validation to guarantee that all newly deployed features fully align with business expectations and SDLC frameworks.

skills and experience required.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience covering both software implementation (SDLC/Change Requests) and application operations (BAU support).

• Core Technical Stack: Strong, hands-on programming and query-writing experience in Java and SQL. Prior experience with Java backend frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, JPA) is highly regarded.

• Frontend & Automation Skills: Exposure to frontend UI development (specifically React and TypeScript) along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel VBA and Macros is a strong advantage.

• Legacy Aptitude: A proactive willingness to learn and adapt to legacy architectures, specifically COBOL programming.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical complexities to non-technical client stakeholders; a driven team player with a sharp attention to detail.
