IT Intern (Artificial Intelligence) - Part-Time

Project Overview

This internship focuses on leveraging AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline training course recommendations and automate registration workflows. The intern will design and implement solutions that identify suitable training courses for staff, automate registration processes, and update internal systems for staff training records.

Internship Objectives

The intern will gain hands-on experience in developing AI systems and RPA solutions using UiPath, while contributing to the automation of HR workflows and the integration of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an AI-based solution to recommend courses to staff
• Automate course registration workflows using UiPath RPA
• Collaborate with HR Learning & Development team and Marine IT team
• Document processes and create reusable automation scripts.

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in UiPath RPA.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI for recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of APIs and data extraction techniques.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
