Further enhance IT Security & Governance management procedure by, which are split by 3 task groupings
o Digitalizing IT Security toolsets:
establishing automated monitoring mechanisms and its documentation covering IT Assets (SSL Certs, Licenses…etc)
aiding on ongoing IT projects, from security & operation aspect, that advances the agenda of Automation or AI nature
o Elevating IT Governance & access oversight:
Researching and documenting (into Standard Operating Procedures) on the best practices of IT Security & Governance processes
revamping existing Bank’s access portal to integrate content over multiple department, as well as to document future maintenance of it
o Improvement of Vulnerability Assessment processes:
documenting of ongoing vulnerability findings as well as new ones that are identified by periodic scanning/assessments
set up tracking of remediation from the findings identified, reporting to lead for further follow-ups to the respective stakeholders
establishing a proof of concept for Vulnerability Management & Security operations
Documentations and of the above points to for handover to the next personnel
The task groupings are to identify which area (IT Security or Governance) it belongs to. Regardless of the area, this role is required to have some technical discipline (knowledge of using Google Suites) as well as adequate communication skillset as the tasks are cross departments.
Functional (job responsibilities)
Establishing the procedures of tracking IT Assets (SSL Certs, Licenses) to ensure relevant PIC’s timely renewal of them to prevent any disruptions to bank operations
Assist IT in Automation or AI related projects to advance the objective
Research & Documentation of best practices of IT Security & Governance related topics and processes
Revamping of the existing Bank’s access portal, making it easily maintainable by various teams, which integrates the following:
Links to all applications
HLBS Newsletters & events
HLBS policies & forms
Improve Vulnerability Assessment processes by documentation and establishing of tracking mechanism & operations
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
Work with relevant PIC’s (in branch or head office) to further understand and improve on any tracking mechanism
Identify any process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency of IT Security & Governance processes
Work with various departments’ identified key personnel and communicate to the respective reporting manager on further improvements that can be made to the Bank’s access porta
Organizational: Cost Management and Financial Goals
Being an ambassador of the job responsibilities in hand, able to bring in value (i.e. make it as a standard practice) as well as provide materials to ensure easy maintainability in the future
Carry out any other duties as directed by Company Management
Education/Qualification
ITE, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience/Requirements
Technically inclined (able to understand code & syntax, perform setup/configuration)
