IT Operations Analyst - Part-Time

Work Location: Queenstown

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 830AM - 6PM

Working arrangement: 6 months contract (maternity cover)

Key Responsibilities

• Support technology project delivery by maintaining governance standards, tracking progress, risks, and ensuring initiatives are on time and within scope

• Provide Level‑1 application support, including user access management, issue triage, troubleshooting, incident logging, and escalation within defined SLAs

• Manage technology investments and budgets, including CAPEX/OPEX tracking, forecasting, vendor spend monitoring, and procurement coordination

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions, including system enhancements, automation, and integrations

• Support AI and automation initiatives (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot, Workato) to improve operational efficiency)

• Oversee PMO reporting and governance, including dashboards, project updates, and preparation of materials for leadership reviews and committees

• Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure deployment readiness and operational support considerations

• Support vendor management, contract tracking, and compliance with procurement and governance frameworks

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Business, IT, or related field

• Experience in project management, application support, or technology operations

• Understanding of PMO governance, budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), and vendor coordination

• Familiarity with automation tools or AI platforms is an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
