IT Operations Manager - Sensor Solutions (12 Months Contract) - Part-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Operations Manager to support airport IT initiatives and drive operational excellence for mission-critical systems. You will assist in technical assessments, project coordination, solution deployment, and day-to-day operational support across airport IT solutions and managed services in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents under senior engineer guidance.

• Gather requirements, prepare documentation, and support development of technical solutions.

• Assist with project and change management to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business needs.

• Monitor, maintain, and enhance airport IT systems across terminals, including participating in 24/7 standby rotations.

• Review and improve IT and business processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Evaluate emerging technologies such as automation, AI-assisted operations, cloud platforms, IoT devices, and digital passenger systems.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, SOPs, inventory records, and operational checklists.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.

• ITSM or basic project management certification (ITIL Foundation or CAPM) advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical domains, system support, or technology operations. Internship experience considered.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills.

• Excellent communication skills to engage internal teams and external partners.

• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and self-motivated in a dynamic 24/7 operational environment.
