IT Operations Monitoring Assistant - Part-Time

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Monitoring Assistant to support a short-term project at our customer's site in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational systems, capturing and escalating alerts, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems and dashboards at the customer site.
• Track and record system alerts and incidents.
• Escalate alerts and issues to designated stakeholders via email.
• Extract and compile data from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepare monthly reports on alerts, incidents, and operational issues.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of issues.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE qualification.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to work on a 24x7 rotating shift schedule at the customer site.
• Comfortable working in a production or operations environment.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site for the duration of the assignment.
• Prior experience in IT operations, monitoring, service desk, or administrative support will be an advantage.
