About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Executive to support the daily IT operations across our office and outlet locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring smooth technology operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. You will be involved in IT asset management, POS support, vendor coordination, software subscriptions, and outlet operational support.
Key Responsibilities
IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of company IT assets, including laptops, POS devices, tablets, printers, routers, and mobile devices
Track asset allocation, maintenance, repairs, onboarding, and offboarding
Conduct periodic asset audits across office and outlet locations
User Account & Email Administration
Create and manage company email accounts for new joiners and leavers
Manage user access for Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and other systems
Ensure proper access control and security compliance
Outlet IT Operations Support
Provide first-level support for outlet IT issues, including POS systems, receipt printers, payment terminals, tablets, scanners, and internet connectivity
Coordinate with outlet teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
Support setup and installation of IT equipment for new outlets or operational changes
Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day outlet system operations
Software, Subscription & User Access Management
Monitor software licenses, subscriptions, and renewal schedules
Support account creation, user access, and basic system administration
Assist in managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, POS back-office systems, or other operational platforms
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Liaise with IT vendors, POS providers, internet service providers, and equipment suppliers
Coordinate quotations, purchases, repairs, warranty claims, and service follow-ups
Track vendor contracts and renewal timelines
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper IT documentation, SOPs, asset records, and support logs
Prepare inventory and operational reports when required
Support IT-related administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with POS systems, printers, routers, or retail/F&B systems is an advantage
Strong coordination and communication skills
Able to work independently and respond efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel between outlets when required
