IT Project Manager, Cloud (Financial Services) - 12 Months Contract - Part-Time

Your new role

• Support end-to-end delivery of IT projects covering application development, system enhancement, infrastructure implementation, and third-party solution rollout.
• Define project deliverables, timelines, risks, and success criteria in alignment with business priorities and technology strategy.
• Manage application-related workstreams including requirements analysis, system design coordination, development planning, API or interface integration, data migration, testing, release planning, and production deployment.
• Coordinate infrastructure-related activities such as environment readiness, server or platform setup, network dependencies, access control, backup arrangements, cloud hosting considerations, and implementation support.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior relevant experience within Financial Services will be valued.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, with proven delivery experience across application development, technical implementation, infrastructure coordination, and vendor-led projects.
• Strong technical understanding of software development concepts, including SDLC, application design, APIs, databases, testing, release management, and production deployment, representing the primary technical emphasis of the role.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure concepts such as server environments, cloud hosting, network connectivity, user access, backup arrangements, disaster recovery considerations, and deployment dependencies.
• Hands-on exposure to software development, system implementation, infrastructure support, technical analysis, or solution delivery environments will be highly advantageous.
