IT Project Manager (Cloud) - Part-Time

Looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (Cloud) to lead cloud infrastructure and platform projects. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with organisational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure and platform projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, cloud engineers, DevOps, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive cloud platform standardisation, governance, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Support cloud migration and modernisation projects across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cloud best practices.
• Support the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD, and automation practices.
• Manage project handover and transition into operational support.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT or cloud-related projects.
• Experience delivering end-to-end cloud infrastructure or cloud platform projects.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with cloud migration, platform standardisation, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, or DevOps practices will be an advantage.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
