IT Project Manager (ERP Transformation) - Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ERP transformation projects and drive system improvements across the business. You will work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP system implementation and transformation projects.
• Lead SAP to Workday migration activities, including data migration and system testing.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and provide system solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support finance-related systems and processes such as billing, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and budgeting.
• Monitor project risks, timelines, and overall progress.
• Ensure smooth system go-live and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, Workday Financials, or similar enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of finance and business processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SAP-to-Workday migration projects will be an advantage.
