IT Support & Technology Operations Assistant #HDC - Part-Time

Join a dynamic technology team supporting digital initiatives, system enhancements, and operational improvements. We are seeking an IT professional who is passionate about technology, process optimisation, and working with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

You will be involved in gathering business requirements, understanding operational needs, and supporting technology projects from planning to implementation. This role provides exposure to various areas of IT operations, digitalisation, system support, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, workflows, and technology needs.
• Analyse processes and translate business needs into clear documentation, including workflows, user requirements, and functional specifications.
• Support system configuration, access management, reporting, and system enhancement activities.
• Assist in testing, implementation, and improvement of digital solutions and technology platforms.
• Work closely with technical teams and business users to facilitate communication and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare user guides, documentation, and support materials for system usage.
• Participate in technology initiatives, process improvements, and other IT-related projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in IT support, business analysis, system administration, digitalisation projects, or technology operations will be advantageous.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
