IT Support (Contract, Central Area, Normal Office Hours, Up To $3000) #IRT - Part-Time

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and details of this position are:

Job Title: IT Support (Contract, Central area, Normal office hours, up to $3000)
Location: Redhill
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, performing break-fix activities as required.
• Set up and configure user accounts, support user onboarding and offboarding activities, system access and peripherals.
• Log, update, and track incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, including support procedures and asset records.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience providing desktop and end-user IT support.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory user account administration and access management.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
