Ideal Candidate Profile
Title: Operations Executive (1-Year Contract, Convertible to Permanent)
Salary: SGD 2,000 – 3,500/month
Experience: 1–3 years (Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome for a junior role)

Whether it’s setting up a laptop for a new hire, troubleshooting a network issue, negotiating with vendors, automating repetitive tasks using AI, or ensuring invoices are organised, you thrive on keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on operations role that combines IT support, office administration, procurement, process improvement, and AI-driven automation. You’ll work closely with Directors, the HR Manager, and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Technical Operations
Set up and configure workstations for new employees.
Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs, GPUs) and basic PC repairs.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
Manage software licences and subscriptions.
Maintain IT asset inventory.
Coordinate internet, networking, and office infrastructure.
Operations & Administration
Execute employee onboarding and offboarding.
Track operational expenses and budgets.
Consolidate invoices for Finance each month.
Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
Coordinate office maintenance and renovations.
Support operational projects from planning to execution.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Source hardware, software, and office equipment.
Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.
Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.
Coordinate equipment disposal and replacements.
AI & Process Improvement
Identify repetitive manual workflows.
Implement AI tools and agentic AI solutions to automate operational processes.
Improve internal workflows and documentation.
Recommend technology solutions that increase productivity.
Cross-functional Support
Assist HR with recruitment coordination, reporting, and database management.
Support Directors and Department Leads with operational initiatives.
Handle urgent operational issues and prioritise effectively during crises.
Must-Have Skills
Technical
Comfortable assembling and upgrading PCs (RAM, SSD, GPU, peripherals).
Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, office administration, IT support, or facilities management.
Fresh graduates with exceptional technical aptitude and initiative are encouraged to apply for a junior position.
Employment Details
Salary: SGD 2,000–3,500/month
Employment Type: 1-year contract with potential conversion to permanent based on performance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Reporting To: Director and HR Manager
