💻 YourResponsibilities

Ø Provide first-level ITsupport to end users by resolving basic hardware and software issues.

Ø Install, configure, andmaintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Ø Assist with user accountsetup, password resets, and software installation.

Ø Support Windows operatingsystems and Microsoft 365 applications.

Ø Monitor system performanceand identify opportunities to improve IT processes.

Ø Assist with basic networktroubleshooting and connectivity issues.

Ø Maintain IT assetinventory, documentation, and equipment records.

Ø Prepare and organizetechnical documentation, reports, and filing.

Ø Participate in IT projects,system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ø Collaborate with the ITteam to support daily business and manufacturing operations.

Ø Perform other IT andadministrative tasks as assigned.
