IT Support Officer (Fresh Graduates GOVT 12 Months Contract) - Part-Time

Job Role: IT Support
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: up to $3340/month
Eligibility: Only Singaporeans

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for users of the IT system/s, clarify and direct queries that require in-depth technical support to subject matter experts, track, and close queries in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance for User Account Management – guide users how to create / modify / delete user access.
• Provide assistance for User Account Review (UAR) – ensuring they conduct UAR on a timely manner.
• Provide basic onboarding of new division representatives for systems.
• Manage and coordinate with the system vendor for data requests
• Coordination of User Acceptance Testing prior to implementation of system enhancements/fixes.
• Support in other administrative duties which can include maintaining and updating of data.

• Able to process and structure large amounts of information.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good excel skills
