IT Support Technician - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• End user support
• Assist in Operating Systems Migration and related support.
• Support and troubleshootingwhich includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems.
• Responsible for correctingall problems associated to supported list of End User Equipment and Software.
• Installation of software/application.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation with the IT Service ManagementTool.
• Closing all assigned and resolved Incidents; focus on ticket resolutionwithin SLA.
• Synchronizingapplication settings to environment requirement.
• Relocation of computer devices and peripherals.
• Setting up the end users profiles for applications.
• Proactive update and follow up to end users.
• Guide end user on required applicable tasks
• Other adhoc task as assigned.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in IT or relevant field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Good customer service mindset
• Required to work on alternate Saturday
