Job Description
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and optimize critical business applications. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve application issues across business systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with teams to improve application functionality and user experience.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Support application deployments, remediation, and maintenance activities.
• Follow SDLC and Agile practices in day-to-day work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Required Skills

• Strong Java programming skills
• Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, Spring Boot
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with SQL Server & Entity Framework (Code First)
• Familiarity with Docker & AWS deployments
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing methodologies
• Exposure to application remediation and support environments

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
