🧩 Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications
• Participate in enhancement, bug fixing, and system optimization initiatives
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with business analysts, QA, architects, and project managers
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications

✅ Who We’re Looking For

Associate (1–3 Years Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of Core Java and OOP concepts
• Familiarity with:Spring Boot / Spring FrameworkREST APIsSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)Git or version control tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Senior Associate (3–5 Years Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on Java development experience
• Experience in enterprise-scale applications and client-facing projects
• Strong expertise in:Spring Boot / Microservices architectureAPI integrationsPerformance tuning and troubleshootingCI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

🔧 Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes
• Frontend experience (Angular / React)
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for technology, learning, and continuous improvement
