Your new role

• Work closely with project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technology teams—often in a virtual environment—to deliver high-quality business requirements and process workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and working group discussions with GMO teams across regions, as well as internal and external stakeholders (including Exchanges, Business, and Technology teams).
• Analyze business and system requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Support project managers in managing workstreams, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and governance frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline.
• Some experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Financial Services or Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Some experience in Global Markets Operations or Investment Banking.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery frameworks.
