Junior Cloud & AI Engineer - Part-Time

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud & AI Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, AI agent orchestration, DevOps automation, and backend development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable systems, optimize AI workflows, and implement secure and efficient cloud solutions. This role combines technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and AI research to drive innovative enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable systems and cloud architectures using AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop, fine-tune, and orchestrate AI agents for tasks such as content analysis, automation, and real-world interactions.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to automate code inspection, testing, and deployment using tools such as Azure DevOps and Gitlab CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and integrate open-source LLMs, optimizing their performance and implementing quantization techniques.
• Implement security best practices, including password hashing, secure data transfer, and system hardening, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop responsive applications for web and tablet platforms, including offline functionality, data encryption, and API integrations.
• Optimize performance of real-time systems, including multi-threaded Go applications, reducing processing latency and enhancing throughput.
• Maintain and enhance existing projects across frameworks such as Kafka, React.js, and Vue.js.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-Year of relevant experience in software engineering and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud architecture and Infrastructure as Code
• Solid programming skills in Terraform, Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, C++, and HTML/CSS
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, React.js, Vue.js, Docker, Linux, Nessus, Copado, Salesforce, Gitlab, NoSQL, Junit, and AWS.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or equivalent professional certifications.
• Knowledge of AI agents, LLM optimization, and multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative project execution.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with blockchain or smart contract optimization.
• Knowledge of Dockerized microservices and cloud migration strategies.
• Experience developing AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM customization, Apex, Lightning components, workflows and flows
