Junior Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract Role) - Part-Time

Our client is a leading global technology company seeking a Junior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders.

This is a contract role ending on 28 Jun 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, logistics, and post-travel documentation.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and provide meeting support, including note-taking where required.
• Process expense claims, invoices, purchase orders, and support budget tracking.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, including off-sites, leadership meetings, town halls, and business programs.
• Coordinate office space planning, workplace logistics, and facilities requests with internal teams.
• Support culture-building initiatives, employee engagement activities, and strategic site programs.
• Drive small to medium-sized operational projects, identify risks, and ensure timely execution while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within a multinational corporation or technology environment.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, expense administration, and meeting coordination.
• Strong event planning and project coordination skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
