Junior Software Test Engineer - Part-Time

We are seeking a Junior Software Test Engineer to support software testing activities and help ensure applications meet functional and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and document test results.
• Identify, report, and track software defects.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Verify fixes and retest reported issues.
• Assist in preparing test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand system requirements and expected functionality.
• Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment.
• Maintain accurate testing records and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Exposure to testing tools or bug tracking systems is a plus.
