LM11373 - Network Security Operations Engineer - Part-Time

We are hirning Network Security Operations Engineer. This role entails overseeing the day-to-day operations of the global Networking and Security Infrastructure, based in SG.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Network and Security Infrastructure.
• Perform troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of network and security devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers and Proxy Devices.
• Troubleshoot Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls.
• Provide support for Cisco routing and switching, LAN/WAN Infrastructure.
• Handle DNS, DHCP infrastructure, and manage the wireless environment.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of networking protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Utilize experience with multiple firewall platforms including Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and FortiGate.

Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a NOC environment.
• Experience with one or more of the following areas: Load Balancers (F5/Avi), Proxy Devices (McAfee Proxy), AAA framework/Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass), DHCP and DNS (Blue Cat/Vital QIP).
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated and proactive in learning.
• Ability to independently drive Major Incident calls and maintain communication channels.
• Good understanding of ITIL methodology, with in-depth knowledge in incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
