Loan IQ Technical Consultant - Part-Time

Seeking a highly skilled Loan IQ TechnicalConsultant (SDK) to play a key role in enhancing and automating loanmanagement systems and processes. This role requires an individual who caneffectively translate business needs into technical solutions, utilizing theirdeep Loan IQ knowledge to improve operational efficiency across loan servicing,reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Loan IQ platform, encompassing configuration, customizations, user support, and integrations with other systems.
• Evaluate current loan workflows, pinpoint areas for improvement, and design and develop streamlined processes for increased accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with operations and finance teams to support and test Loan IQ system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Ensure loan operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Loan IQ-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Loan IQ SDK developer.
• Demonstrable expertise in Loan IQ, including hands-on experience in system configuration and support.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of the loan lifecycle, including syndication, servicing, and reporting.
• Proven ability to map business processes and optimize workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and Excel.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA) and Agile methodologies.
