About the Role
We are partnering with a leading public sector organisation to hire a Low-Code Engineer to design, develop, and enhance digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building business applications, automating workflows, and delivering digital transformation initiatives using low-code technologies. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project members to develop secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
As a Low-Code Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other low-code/no-code platforms.
Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digitalisation.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
Develop automated workflows, digital forms, and system integrations to streamline business operations.
Configure and administer low-code platforms, including:Workflow automationBusiness rulesProcess logicData validationUser interface components
Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:Solution Design DocumentsConfiguration and Environment DocumentationSecurity and Compliance DocumentationDeployment GuidesMaintenance and Support GuidesUser Guides and Training MaterialsTesting and Validation Reports
Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and external vendors to deliver high-quality applications.
Ensure solutions comply with organisational ICT security, governance, and data protection policies.
Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements and continuous improvements.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
Hands-on experience developing applications and workflows using low-code technologies.
Experience configuring workflow automation, business rules, process logic, and application components.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
