Microsoft 365 Engineer - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of M365 projects, deployments, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and governance, including DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and Entra ID.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive service improvements.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and related tools.
• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to deliver solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new M365 capabilities, including Copilot and AI-driven productivity features.
