Microsoft Entra ID / IAM Consultant - Part-Time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Entra ID migration and validation activities.
• Configure and validate Microsoft Entra ID administrative roles, access models, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection policies.
• Design and implement secure SSO integration between Microsoft Entra ID and AWS Identity Center.
• Configure and validate SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations with enterprise applications.
• Implement and maintain Identity Governance, RBAC, and least-privilege access controls.
• Support production rollout, UAT, post-migration stabilization, and operational readiness.
• Perform security hardening, monitoring, audit readiness, and compliance validation.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and federation-related issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and application owners during solution design and implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Cloud Identity.
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Experience with banking, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
