Middleware Consultant - Part-Time

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in

• IBM App Connect Enterprise (IBMACE) Development
• IBM DB2
• IBM WebSphere Application Server(WAS)
• ESB integration solutions and middleware support
• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade integration and API solutions using IBM ACE and related middleware technologies.
• Develop and maintain ESB processes, messaging workflows, and integration services aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Apply DevOps best practices to streamline development, testing, deployment, and monitoring activities.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and automation tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills including:

• Root cause analysis

  Issue identification

  
  Required Technical Experience:

  Strong hands-on experience in:

  Analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of:

  • IBM App Connect Enterprise (IBM ACE)

    IBM WebSphere MQ / IBM MQ

    Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) processes and integration architectures

  Development using:

  • ESQL

    Java

  Integration technologies and concepts:

  • SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)

    Messaging Systems

    Transformation Engines

    Web Services

    Data Integration Techniques

  Designing and developing:

  • SOAP Web Services

    RESTful APIs and Microservices

  Implementing API service architectures using market-leading API Management platforms.
  DevOps and automation practices including:

  • GitHub Copilot for development productivity and code automation

    GitHub/Git-based version control and collaboration

    Automated build, deployment, and testing processes

    DevOps tools and release management practices
