Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Manage and resolve network incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Perform network monitoring, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
Support network implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve connectivity and network-related issues.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
Support user connectivity, remote access, and network security requirements.
Participate in change management, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
Escalate complex issues to relevant SMEs when required.
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements.
Monitor network performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Provide support during critical incidents and planned maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Support, Network Operations, or Network Engineering.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, and wireless networking.
Experience with enterprise networking equipment such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent.
Understanding of firewall administration and network security best practices.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments.
Network certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are an advantage.
Mandarin language proficiency is required to support business and customer communication needs.
