• Spearhead strategic talent initiatives including supply forecasting, gap assessments, and scenario modeling.

• Build sophisticated resource models covering headcounts, compensation structures, and full-time employee metrics.

• Partner with finance, HR, and corporate leadership to transform business strategies into actionable budgets.

• Deliver analytical insights and executive dashboards to support high-level corporate decisions.

You should possess a strong blend of corporate planning expertise and technical competency in enterprise solutions.

• Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, corporate budgeting, or human capital analytics.

• Practical expertise in deploying tier-1 enterprise performance management systems and cloud planning tools.

• Solid understanding of personnel cost structures, scenario analysis, and transformation programs.

• Relevant professional certifications in enterprise planning applications are highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within large-scale organizational matrix environments.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Official Oracle EPM / EPBCS Certification.

  • Prior delivery experience within the Public Sector or high-volume Large Enterprise environments.

  • Functional exposure to global, multi-year HR or Finance Transformation programs (e.g., migrating from legacy systems to cloud-native platforms).
