Job Summary

Perform basic PC and laptop hardware repairs and upgrades to ensure devices function optimally. Work independently after training and adapt quickly to new tasks in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and handle basic PC and laptop hardware components to support repair tasks
• Perform SSD and RAM upgrades to enhance device performance
• Replace batteries to restore device power functionality
• Replace keyboards to maintain device usability
• Install Windows operating systems to ensure software readiness
• Use repair tools safely and effectively to complete hardware repairs
• Learn new repair techniques quickly to improve service quality
• Work independently after training to manage repair tasks efficiently
