PMO Analyst - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with diverse stakeholders such asproject sponsors, project managers, Platform Leads, business unit controllers onproject deliverables and prioritization, eliminate bottlenecks and alignprojects with corporate objectives.
• Design various dashboards for different stakeholdersfor clear, data-driven storytelling style of reporting.
• Applied suitable project management frameworks, robustmilestone tracking, rigorous documentation, and strategic change managementpractices to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
• Support and collate project financials such asbudget, actual vs forecast, submit accruals, tracks PO, invoice payments alongsideproject status and outcomes.
• Support and prepare the presentation slides forthe monthly Project Steering Committee (PSC).
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on actionitems.
• Assist PMO office in the new staff onboarding,exits and asset management, updating project org chart, email distribution list,team member mobility, office accesses, and assist in other admin tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineeringor relevant studies
• At least 10 years proven track record on projectmanagement methodology, milestone tracking, artefacts, documentation, andchange management practices to ensure consistent delivery outcomes for PMOoffice.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience on riskmanagement and compliance project with rapid digital transformation within the BFSIsector.
• Demonstrated experience in applying hybrid,Agile, or Waterfall frameworks customized to project complexity.
• High proficiency with business management tools suchas SAP, Tableau, Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingcapabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of ateam in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) ishighly desirable.
