PMO Consultant - Part-Time

We are looking for a PMO Consultant to support project governance, coordination, reporting, and delivery tracking across assigned projects. The role will involve working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project activities are properly tracked, documented, and delivered according to agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project coordination, project administration, stakeholder follow-up, and project reporting within an IT or enterprise project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in project planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and follow-up activities.
• Track project deliverables and ensure updates are properly captured and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in resource planning, project governance, budget tracking, and project administration activities.
• Support risk, issue, dependency, and change request tracking.
• Maintain project repositories and ensure project documents are properly organized and updated.
• Work with internal teams, external vendors, and business users to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support preparation of management reports, steering committee updates, and project performance summaries.
• Ensure project processes, templates, and documentation standards are followed.
• Highlight potential delays, risks, or gaps to the project manager or relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or project management support.
• Experience supporting IT, digital transformation, system implementation, or enterprise technology projects will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, risk tracking, issue tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Good experience in preparing project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar tools will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting, banking, government, telco, or enterprise IT project environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification will be advantageous.
• Experience preparing management-level reports or steering committee presentation decks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage tight deadlines.
