Power Platform Developer (Contract) - Part-Time

A banking client is looking for a hands-on specialist to design, build, and maintain automation and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and database technologies. The role involves working closely with business users to deliver low-code automation and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Design, develop, and maintain relational databases (SQL Server)

• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, SharePoint, and APIs

• Identify and implement process automation opportunities

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for existing solutions

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data policies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

• Power BI (DAX, Power Query)

• Power Automate (flows, integrations)

• SQL / Database design (schema, indexing, normalisation)

• Microsoft Forms / Power Apps

• SharePoint, APIs, and connectors

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good stakeholder management and communication

• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
