Power Platform Developer - Part-Time

Qualifications and Skills:

Required Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or a related field. Applicants with a non-IT or engineering qualification but strong interest in automation, low-code development, and digitalisation will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Aptitude: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and document complex processes.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyse processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into technical and low-code solution designs.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on Experience:
  – Development experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  – Development experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Certifications (preferred for senior positions):
  – MS Power Platform Certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, etc)
  – UiPath RPA Associate / Developer Certification (or equivalent)

• Technical Knowledge:
  – Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
  – Basic knowledge of APIs, data integration, and cloud-based platforms
  – Familiarity with governance and security practices for low-code platforms

• Experience:
  – Hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or low-code app development is advantageous
