Job Description - Principal Consultant - Part-Time

Manage and Lead the end-to-end technical delivery and governance of enterprise-scale re-platforming initiatives, ensuring seamless migration of critical data infrastructure, remediation of hardware/software obsolescence risks, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Hands on experience in driving large-scale Data Lake and Data Warehouse transformation programs by managing the complete project lifecycle including requirement elicitation, data mapping, solution design, data integration, testing coordination, deployment planning, post-implementation stabilization, and operational transition across cross-functional technology teams.
Partner closely with business, data governance, infrastructure, and engineering stakeholders to perform detailed business and data requirement analysis, translating complex functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical delivery roadmaps, data models, and actionable implementation plans.
Oversee delivery of strategic data and analytics solutions by coordinating with architecture, ETL, BI, cloud, and application teams to ensure successful integration of enterprise data platforms, optimization of data pipelines, and alignment with the bank’s digital transformation and data management objectives.
Establish strong stakeholder governance and communication frameworks by acting as the primary engagement lead for senior business and technology stakeholders, providing executive-level reporting on project milestones, delivery risks, dependency management, resource utilization, and overall program health.
Proactively manage delivery risks, resource allocation, and operational dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives by implementing mitigation strategies, contingency planning, workload optimization, vendor coordination, and delivery assurance practices to ensure timely execution within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.
