Principal Consultant - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic banking transformation programs.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation, production deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
• Lead large cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Architecture, Infrastructure and Vendors.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure adherence to enterprise project delivery standards.
• Drive executive steering committees and provide concise reporting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, resource planning, vendor contracts, risks, issues, dependencies and change control.

Mandatory Requirements (all criteria must be met to be shortlisted)

• Minimum 10 years leading enterprise banking transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering multiple AML implementation programs.
• Proven experience implementing Core Banking platforms.
• Candidates must have hands-on implementation, migration or upgrade experience in Avaloq, Atlas2 , Olympic, Finacle, S2i, Euclid.
• Strong AML / Compliance Platforms knowledge /experience in at least one Fenergo , Fircosoft ,SafeWatch , NICE Actimize, Oracle Mantas.
• Demonstrated experience leading global programs across multiple countries.
• Candidates must possess strong hands-on banking domain expertise with proven implementation experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Reporting, Financial Crime Compliance, Data Quality Management, and AML Regulatory Compliance.
• Candidates should also have a solid understanding of banking regulatory frameworks and industry standards, including the Basel Framework, CRR3, FATF Recommendations, and related financial crime and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong technical and delivery expertise in Enterprise Project and Program Management, Banking Transformation, Core Banking and AML Solution Implementations, Enterprise and API Integration.
• Candidates must possess exceptional leadership capabilities with proven experience in executive stakeholder management, strategic planning and execution, Program and portfolio governance, financial and budget management, contract and vendor management, and executive communication and reporting.
