Product Manager, Hybrid, Upto $7500 - Part-Time

• The hiring manager is seeking candidates with strong project management experience, particularly in driving delivery and implementation, rather than a primary focus on business analysis or UAT activities.
• This role will support the Head of Product Excellence & Transformation in managing end-to-end product development initiatives and driving continuous improvement across product development processes and transformation efforts.
• The incumbent will act as a central point of coordination for assigned products and projects, ensuring that processes are well-defined, implementation is effectively managed, and appropriate governance standards are maintained.
• The role also involves supporting the timely launch of innovative products to better meet the evolving needs of customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute agreed product plans in line with established policies and procedures
• Facilitate effective communication between Product Management and internal stakeholders, including Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, and Distribution
• Provide regular progress updates, highlighting key risks, issues, and mitigation actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage timelines and monitor implementation progress across the full product lifecycle, from initiation to post-launch review
• Ensure completion of required approvals, proper documentation management, and post-launch assessments
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or related disciplines
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record
• Experience in insurance product development and implementation is advantageous
