Product Manager – Investment-Linked Products (ILP) (12-Month Contract)

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the end-to-end development and management of Investment-Linked Products (ILP). Reporting to the Product Line Lead, you will drive product initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric, commercially competitive, and compliant life insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end development, enhancement, and launch of ILP products and propositions.
• Manage product design, benchmarking, positioning, pricing coordination, governance, and launch readiness.
• Gather customer and distribution insights to recommend product enhancements and improve customer value.
• Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Ensure compliance with MAS, LIA, and internal governance requirements while providing ongoing product support to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in life insurance product development, product management, or a related function.
• Experience with Investment-Linked Products (ILP) is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including regulatory and governance requirements.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with experience in product benchmarking and positioning.
• Degree in Business, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
