Product Manager - Part-Time

looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of digital products. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise product features.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital products and customer experience.
• Support product development from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage product budget and monitor project expenditure.
• Analyse product performance and recommend improvements.
• Support testing and product releases using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Experience managing products through the full development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, cloud technologies, and product development practices.
• Experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.
• Familiarity with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch).
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• PMP, CITPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience working on Singapore Government projects.
• Experience managing vendors.
• Exposure to AI customer service solutions such as chatbots or conversational AI.
